Nørrebro (across Nørre Allé from Egmont) · Independent foundation
Collegium Juris sits at Nørre Allé 6 in Nørrebro, steps from the boundary with Østerbro and roughly five minutes' walk from Fælledparken's open lawns. The 47-room self-governing institution is historically associated with the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Law — applicants need a grade average of at least 7.5 on the 7-point scale and KU enrolment, with law students given formal priority — but today students from medicine, political science, communication, and other disciplines are also part of the community. Every floor shares a central kitchen and living room; floor communal dinners happen every Sunday evening. The basement recently got a new bar with a beer keg alongside the study room, activity room, and laundry. Particularly distinctive is the garden: a private outdoor space for barbecues and summer evenings. Wind Administration ApS handles rent and subletting administration. Applications open once or twice a year with competitive interviews.
