Falkoner Kollegiet

Built in 2006 and tucked into central Frederiksberg, Falkoner Kollegiet is one of Copenhagen's newer student residences, offering 114 apartments just 250 metres from both Frederiksberg Metro and Copenhagen Business School. Unlike older self-governing colleges, it is a professionally managed property run by CEJ under the KKIK umbrella, with private trinette kitchens and bathrooms in every unit alongside a larger shared kitchen on each floor.

The 104 one-room apartments range from 34 to 40 m², while ten two-room units offer more space for 45–48 m². A roof terrace, communal laundry, and a fully smoke-free building complete the offer. The location is hard to beat for Frederiksberg: Frederiksberg Centret is 300 metres away, CBS is across the road, and a direct metro line reaches Nørreport in four minutes.
