Frederiksberg (Flintholm) · Kollegiernes Kontor i København (KKIK)
Hedorfs Kollegium opened in 2009 in Frederiksberg's Revykvarteret — the new district clustered around Flintholm Station named after the great Danish revue tradition — and its location is the defining feature of life there. Flintholm Station, literally steps from the front door, puts Copenhagen Business School (CBS) about five minutes away by metro, and the city centre under ten minutes. The building was designed by KHR Arkitekter, completed in 2009, and commissioned by Hedorf A/S.
The 52 one-room studios all come with private bathrooms featuring underfloor heating, a trinettekøkken, French balconies, and storage rooms — a level of private amenity unusual for a campus-style dorm price point. Twelve furnished apartments are reserved for international and exchange students. Each floor has a generous shared kitchen and lounge where residents gather, supplemented by a garden terrace with grill. Rooms are allocated exclusively through KKIK (kollegierneskontor.dk); FA09 handles property administration.
KKIK-administered FA09 dorms follow standard KKIK fremleje rules. No Hedorfs-specific fremleje page was found; the default KKIK framework applies:
A green borough within Copenhagen, home to Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and Frederiksberg Gardens. Known for its leafy streets, cafes, and the Zoo.
