Tingbjerg Kollegiet

Tingbjerg Kollegiet is a student dorm (kollegium) located in Brønshøj (Tingbjerg), Copenhagen. Applications go through Direct application. Like other Copenhagen kollegier, residents can legally sublet their room when traveling for exchange semesters, internships, or holidays under the Danish Rent Act (Lejeloven §157–158).

To sublet a room at Tingbjerg Kollegiet, the original tenant must get written approval from the dorm administration. The subtenant must be a full-time student, and the rent is capped by Lejeloven — proportional to what is being sublet (a fair share of a suite under § 157, or 1:1 for a full-dwelling temporary sublet under § 158).
